I am not sure of how much this guys idea is new most chiltons/haynes/motors manuals that I have used will specify that you put the vehicle in a higher gear and throttle hard to a decent engine...

I liked the fmf gnarly pipe only becuase it tends to hold up better when you drop the bike. If you bought the bike used double check the timing a lot of people retard the ignition on those bikes...
