2004 yz 250 suspension setup

I have a 2004 yz 250 I just wanted to get some feed back on how people have theirs setup I ride in the woods but we ride fast and hard...It seems like I am always sliding and bouncing like the bike just doesnt ride smooth I know all the variables like terrain take part....I also realize it is a motocross bike... I have adjusted the stock settings on the compression to a softer setting it seems like it helps a little...I am 185 pounder with stock everything on this bike if that helps....

Thanks
Ron

You will likely need to revalve everything to get a plush ride. I had my forks done on my 05 and it has helped but the rear end is still harsh. Ride a bike that has been revalved for the woods and you will fell the difference.
