F/s '01 Wr 426 2500$

This is an '01 wr426

Ty Davis Tank

Yz seat tall

Ty Davis chain guard

Renthal Fat Bars and pro taper clamp

Cycra handgaurds w/ t-clamp mount

Yz plastic on it now

Oem plastic like new

GV's front and rear, MX Tuners secret stack

The head is ported with a new valve job and new springs.

I have the cases split to rebuild the trans and replace the crank.

I will build this with a wr trans or a yz trans, in a 400, 426, or 444cc displacement; Take your pick.

Tell me how you want it. It will be completely fresh and ready for you exactly how you want it.

This is a very refined motorcycle.

I am at the end of my development with this bike and am ready to start a 450 project.

I'm spiffing up my 426 now so that I can sell it. Replacing the counterbalancer key that keeps coming loose on the '00 is a pain, although I've had no problems lately. My option is to go for the '01 or '02 426 (doesn't have that key anymore). Another option would be a 525 EXC, but that's getting a little expensive. Decisions, decisions.

I would go for a 426 with the WR tranny, '03 exhaust cam.

Jabird makes a good point, with all the roll overs and credit plans selling a bike right now is as much fun as a kick in the nuts! SFO just be thankful its not a 250 2 stroke, at this rate i think i will have to pay someone to take it away and its mint.

sorry to hijack your thread btw!

There are some DW pics of the bike, has maybe 10hours since then.
I am getting some nibbles on it now.
The crank is at Falicon getting a good bushed rod, I am building it with a stock 426 piston. The head will be 100% new w/ SS valves, new springs, seals and a fresh valve job.
It will be getting a wr trans.
I normally sell my bikes to friends...

2500$ with a RR built yz-400 motor, less than 10 hours.

Also Denises Ktm-200 with Foward motion BB and porting.
2500$ as well. Both bikes have a high level of detailing and are not roaches.
The KTM is a 98mxc with 99 suspension and black plastic with additional large tank.

I am cleaning house come take this stuff away before I regret it.

I can't believe you still haven't sold that puppy yet.

Folks, read what this bike has.
Try to reproduce it for twice the coin.

Have you advertized this anywhere else, Bill?

no bites at all, although many people have inquired about the ktm.
lost my storage/garage.
I also did the process work for dmv to get a plate on the wr before the cut off date.
It also has a al subframe.
I'd be willing to cut a bulk deal with a 3rail trailer....
