Hey all...I desperately need to put new springs on my 94 RM 250. Right now it has stock fork and shock springs. I plan on installing the new springs myself. My only problem....I have no idea what size to purchase!!

I go about 225 lbs in full riding gear. Obviously, the stock springs just don't carry my weight well. I ride mostly MX, however I like the occasional trail/woods ride.

Any suggestions on what size springs to go with?

Rosteater,
I'd go with .46's and a 5.8 in the rear..
