Eric's dirt rider mag articles

I stumbled across Dr. Dirt Valve Trains, Part 2 in the Feb 2005 Dirt Rider magazine. What issue has part 1? Can anybody do a quick synopsis of part 1 so I know how hard to look for said back issue? I consider those articles worthwhile.
