Question CRF 250R in sand, good or bad?

I'm going to be getting a paddle tire for my 06 250R and was wondering if there is anything I should worry about when Im out there. My friend says that 4 strokes tend to over heat out in the dunes if ridden to hard, Is this true? (I have tried riding in sand with this bike and just sank in the matter of a few feet, so I've never really had ridden in sand before.)

A CRF250 will be working in the sand for sure. Be careful that it doesn't overheat and keep an eye on the oil and water.

All you need to do is buy a bigger bike. I have a 2007 yz 450f. I love that bike. I take it to glamis all the time. It work wonders in the sand. Have a paddle too. Love it. Go out and have some fun. Im actually going to glamis next weekend. So im excited.

A bigger bike isn't an option for me, I will have to do with what I got.
