OHV requirements in Nevada

I live in California but I am thinking of heading to the Reno Nevada area for a Memorial Day ride, possibly the "Moon Rocks" area.

I normally ride the California desert where OHV registration and a spark arrestor are required but not enforced.

Can some one clue me in on the requirements and/or enforcement in Nevada, specifically the Moon Rocks area?
