there should be numbers embossed on the engine near the filler cap that state xxx cc or xxx ml, with the "xxx" being a number.
But, since you are 16 and obviously new to the interwebs, I'll get this info for you. Mind you, I have no experience with this bike, I just used my AssClown Superpower Interweb skills to put the words "2006 YZ450F engine oil capacity" into a search engine and came up with many items referred to by interweb users as "links", and one of those links had the information you need, asap. Assuming there's no difference engine-wise between the one offered in Japan that year and the US version, the engine oil capacity is 1.2 liters, which is 1200cc, or 1200ml, depending on your proclivity.

Pred that bike is one that for whatever reason does not have the oil volume on the sidecover. But it is the one that Spider races

I was surprised to learn that it was still a dry sump system as well. I figured it'd be lucky to have 800cc

... or if your INteRwEbs aren't potato powered like Pred's , you could use your AssClown Superpower Interwebosity to just download the service manual direct from the good folks at Yamaha UK. Of course that would require getting off your ass and actually doing something for yourself.
I won't be holding my breath waiting for that to happen.
