Hi from New Zealand,

I've been out of MX for many years now and it would seem that the old memory has forgotten a thing or two about suspension..........
What I have done is set the rear end Static sag at 30mm and with me on bike its 100mm I haven't played with any of the other clickers because I can't remember what does what!!!

Can someone please let me know which clickers are which on both the rear end and the front end.
