Neck brace
Hey,.
What do you think about Evs Rc1"donuts"??
Planning to buy myself something that defenses neck and doesn't cost much(ca -170$).
I have looked Evs rc1 and EVS RC-EVOLUTION.
i've read that "leatt brace" kind of protectors may be bad for collarbone, but donuts doesn't give any defense on front side...

I don't think there is any comparison between a donut type protector and a Leatt, the donuts still allow your head to move around a fair bit.
As for the Leatt being bad on collarbones, I would much rather break a collarbone than take the risk of suffering a spinal/neck injury.
Even though the Leatt is well worth it, it is pretty costly in comparison with the donut, and if the Leatt is out of the budget the donut is better than nothing

Is it true that I'll need to buy donut after every riding season? Some tells that it gets softer and don't protect any more..

I had an RC1 prior to my Leatt and rode with it for two seasons, I wouldn't think it would get softer, mine however the foam did break in half in the center.
