Nitrogen pressure in rear shock?

Whats the pressure supposed to be @ on a 97 kx125. I thought it said 7psi in the manual. But I just read on another post something about 150psi. Help me out.

most all those shocks take about 140-145 psi in them. Check with your local dealer.

Allright, I let it all out when I rebuilt the shock and didnt refill it. The suspension feels fine to me with no pressure in it. I rode it one day on a bunch of whoops and it felt great. But I read elsewhere that Its purpose it to stop the oil from foaming. I guess Ill get it recharged. Ill be pulling it off to do swing arm and the upper shock mount berings anyhow.

I doubt this will last very long. the piston rod seal is moving up and down without the pressure and you will get a leakage soon
