1990 CR 250 fork bushings
I have a 90' cr 250 that has way too much play in the forks, I was told that the nylon bushings are bad. What I was wondering is when I buy the parts to have it fixed what all should I buy? I was planning to buy the bushings, seals, and sweeps. Is there anything else that I should plan on buying?

Check out Pivotworks, you may be able to buy a complete kit of everything you need for the rebuild.

Unfortunately Pivotworks only goes back to '97. But thank you for the suggestion.

You need the wipers and seals.
The bushings are metal, not nylon or plastic. You most likely need the inner and outer bushings for the forks, but hold it up close to the CPU so I can diagnose it for you!!!!
In other words tear into them, make a parts list and go shopping.
