99 yz 250 skid plate and aplied top clamp
I got them thinking they would fit my 01. 80 bucks for both you pay the shiping. I only have two handelbar mount bolts for the top clamp. they are used. here are pics of them stuff

will the top clamp fit a YZ400? are the mounts the rasied type? 10mm? more?

i dont know. i know the skidplate wont work but the clamp might. i think it will be better for me to sell them as a package. sorry
