Fork Oil & Oil Mix??

Just bought a KDX to try enduros with. Have not been into offroad bikes or 2 strokes for a good long while and have 2 questions. 1: If I drain my forks how much oil should go back in? And what weight, I'm 170.

#2. The manual say 32 x 1 and I have some Kaw oil for my next batch. Seems like people use other ratios, what is the consensus? Also any oil favorites, I know this must be a hot question. What about castor based oils?

You fill the forks by height, not volume. I run my fork oil at 95mm from the top of the tubes.

For pre-mix oil, you will get a different opinion from everyone that answers this post. I run Yamalube 2R at 32:1. I would never run less than 32:1 in any bike, but I know how to jet porperly.
