Difference between '02-'03 250F

I'm trying to sell my '02 250F. I'm needing to know the differences between the '02 and the '03 250F. If all the geometry were the same, and the only diffrernce was something like the cam, then I have some negotiating leverage. :thumb:

Thanks for your time.

the 03 is a little lighter, different hubs if I'm not mistaken and the biggest (improvement) is the auto decompression cam... no decomp lever, no starting drill, kick it and go.

Of course putting the 03 cam in my 02 resulting in the same starting ease

Don't forget the rear fender, air box, side panels, seat, tank and shrouds. Frame and subframe(pipe mount is different) and other cosmetic type stuff.
