I just wanted to share a good customer service experience I had this week dealing with OXTAR. I bought a pair of their TCX Comp boots a few months ago ... I think it was in February. Anyway, I love the boots ... very comfy. However, my overly sharp brake pedal chewed up the right boot's sole in about 3 months. I also lost a buckle ... pulled off by a stump or some other obstacle along the trail. Anyway, after owning and using the boots frequently for 5 months, I called OXTAR to ask if they would replace the sole and buckle. They told me where to send the boots and I mailed them out. To my surprise I found a brand new pair of OXTAR TCX Comp boots at my doorstep yesterday. Brand new.
