new guy need advice

ive never riden a dirt bike before but i have riden a sports bike and i love to go off road in my truck. so i was thinking about getting a dirt bike. im 6'3" 220lbs, im looking for something used as because ive never used one and something not too expensive. i was looking more onto the RM, YZ, KX, or CR 125s or the 250s. ive seen alot of 125s used down here for sale, do u guys think its too small of a bike, it wont give enough power. the type of riding i wanna do is trailing, down here in the everglades. and how old do u guys recommend is a limit for a used bike. and if anyone is selling theres around south florida let me know.

Get a 250. You're big, the everglades are full of sand. And then there's your name.

You should look into a KDX 200 or 220 there more at home on the trails than an mx bike. Plus they haven' t changed since 95 so you can get a used one for a good price.
