Power Now - Add On??

Has anyone here tried the Power Now add on. Do these work and are there any other problems they could cause??

Here is a link to an australian company that sells them.

Go to ballards.cc, click on product catalogue and then what's new.

I had a look but haven't been able to find much else on them.

The DirtRider Magazine had a website but it wouldn't load.

It looks like the mod that RB Designs does on some of his carbs.
