Getting a bike

Hello,
I am interested in getting my own dirtbike. I have some experience riding with a friend. I have some bikes I am interested in. This is a list of them.

if you have the money, get something newer....that klx110 soounds cheap, but its a small bike for you

i dunno..its small..and if ur gonna keep it forwhile, you will outgrow it quick..hell i ride a kdx 200, and im 5'9 200 lbs, im not much bigger than you

old bikes = more money
im lucky to have gotten a hell of a deal on my bike. my good friends cousins live in maryland, and they are super ritch i guess, and just bought a bunch of new bikes and qauds, and they gave my friend and his brother a Blaster And The KDX 200...rebuilt the engine on the KDX last year. well my friend lives in the city, and his brother isnt much into riding, so he wanted to sell it for car money. he didnt know/care how much to sell it for, so he was asking 800 for it. then he said he'd give it to me for 750. i offerd him 675, he took it, and now its sitting in my garage 
i'd like to buy a newer bike somtime in the next year or 2

This may sound kinda stupid, but on that 80, would I have to add oil to the gas? Also, Would I have to like tune the carb or any thing?
