I'm looking to buy new bars for my yz450f and i was wondering which ones are "the best"
. I was looking mostly at the 1 1/8 "bigbars". Any ideas on the style ( sweep, height...) would also be apprecitated.
Thanks for the help!

How tall are you?

Bend decision is total personal preference. I'd suggest moving your stock bars around a little and finding what position is closest to comfy for you. Find out the dimensions of your stockers for comparison purposes and determine what you'd like to change about the position that you feel is closest to what you want. Then find a bend that has dimensions to meet those requirements. Might take a couple of purchases before you settle in. Its worth the effort for sure.

Bend aside, I love the Twinwalls. At first blush, they cost more, but we've never bent a set. That's four of us riding and crashing.
Considering that even a super slow, barely let the handlebar hit the ground lowside bends a set of 7/8" bars almost everytime, I have saved five times as much money as I spent on Twinwalls. :thumb:

As far as bend and style goes I suggest going to your local dealer and take several different bends out of the box or off the shelf and see which ones feel the best in your hands... Handle bar style is totally personal prefference... Now as to some good 1 1/8" bars, I would have to say Personally use Pro-Tapers just because I have used them forever... But I have tested a set of Universal Solex bars and really liked them as well as a set of the new Applied bars and they cost 69.99...

I have ProTapers on one bike, Tags on another, and Twinwalls on the third. All Honda CR-HI. My favorites are the Twinwalls
