need some susension info...

I have a 1997 RM 250 and my forks have been acting goofy so I'm going to change the oil, I have no specs for this bike so I was wondering if anyone has dealt with the forks on this bike before and has some good setup info such as oil weight, oil height(springs in/out), or any other tricks that have been figured out along the way...

I weigh about 195lbs.
