Lonnie Ross killed in motorcycle accident

Lonnie Ross was killed in a motorcycle accident last night, Tuesday evening. I understand that he struck a deer as he returned home from work.
Lonnie's funeral arrangements are being held at the Nelson, Boylon, Lerette Funeral Home, 410 6th Street, Red Oak, Iowa. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM with the funeral service on Friday at 1 PM, same location. The www.iera22.com website will carry additional information as it becomes available.
Lonnie has been an active enduro and hare scramble rider in Iowa for over twenty years. He represented us well by attending the ISDE's in Australia and Spain. And, he was a friend with an infectious smile and zest for life. We will miss him.
