What's the deal with flagging?

I know that this year there are to be flaggers on the track at all times it's being used, right? So, how are you going to run the sign ups for that? I tried helping out last year and then was told I wasn't needed...this year I want to make sure I help!!!

Yes, flaggers will be on the track at all times. There will be a flagger sign up at the Big Top. I think almost everyone will have to flag at one point or another. Thanks for volunteering!

That's was the goal, but it's doubtful we'll have enough people to pull it off. We will have flaggers much of the time, but there's no way to cover it 100% of the time; unless of course we close the track for a large portion of each day.
