Good bike that has suspension for MX and Woods

I loving riding motocross but all my buddies ride woods, so I'm doing a fair amount of both. I'm a big guy weighing 235 and tall, and was wondering if I should get a ktm mxc or a motocross bike and add a fly weight, but looking for one that will have good suspension so all I need to do is ajust the dampeners if I'm changing venues. PLEASE HELP!!!!
