Is Bubba doing the SA GP??

Now let me just say that I have no idea if this is true, I just heard it mentioned the other day that Nelson Mandella has personally invited Bubba to compete in the South African GP! Does anyone know anything regarding this?? Could there be any truth in it?? Maybe its just a crazy idea but it would be good to see!

It has been widely reported on the GP web sites (including the official one, http://www.motocrossmx1.com/ ), so I think that the invitation is real.
However, the conspicous absence of any comments on the US sites is a strong pointer that we won't se Bubba in Africa.

Wow, he'll make the trip to South Africa for Mandella but not to the Des Nations for America? Hmmmph.
