Are you talking about setting the compression adjusters on the forks and compression and rebound adjusters on the shock, or are you talking about spring weights and valving, etc.?

Hey there is tons of info in the just kdx forum you should go there and chech it out. I have just purchased the exact same bike a few months back and have done tons of reading and searching all over the web. If you are 100 lbs and a newer or slower rider like me the front might work for you but you will probably have to change the rear spring. I say this because im 225 and the rear dialed in quite nice for me but the front packs down and bottoms on me quite often and there is no rebound adj on the forks. I know this is the susp. section but I think you could still ask the guys in the kdx forum. enjoy that bike I love mine! on the clicker adj. just go ride the bike and carry what you need to adj them. only you will know what works for you. I was afraid to mess with mine at first but now i might click it one or two one direction or another for ridding conditions.

shortyw13, do you feel the forks or shock are comprssing or rebounding too shlowly or quickly?

Since you are 100 pounds, I would put the compression adjuster on the shock to full soft and take a slow test ride. I would increase rebound damping, then take a test ride. In the end, it is just how you like it set up.

If you ever want to get it better balanced, you should check the sag, front and rear. I think you will find that the rear shock is definitely too stiff for your weight. The stock fork springs should do well for your weight.

Hope this helps.
