Places to Ride in WI . . .

Couple of off-road specific questions . . .
First, what kind of riding locations are more common in WI, trails or MX? I live in Oskhosh, if it makes any difference for my vicinity.
Second, are there any motorcycle-friendly trails (or locations I might be ignorant of) that are still open you cheeseheads would recommend? I'm not looking to race, just go out and have (responsible) fun once in a while without getting the local authorities peeved at me unwittingly (or otherwise) riding where I'm not supposed to.
Another question, so any of you ride in the winter (on lakes, trails, etc.)? How differerent is that from your standard off-roading?

BlackRiver Falls still has some trails open for cycles.
Lot of MX parks, some you have to be members of, others you can pay to ride.
Gravity Park is not to far from you, heard good things about it. mostly racing there.
