250F vs 450F

I have ridden a KTM 200 E/XC and absolutely love the bike. However, when riding with my family at slower paces it seems to fall on its face and is difficult to ride. Recently I rode a 250F and loved it. It felt very similar to my bike, but it didn't have the hit that my KTM has and had power all over. I am considering switching the the 250F, but my dad mentioned a 450. I'm 5' 9" 170 lbs and ride tight singletrack. Should I stick to a 250F or is the added power and weight of a 450 worth it. Thanks in advance.

I think that the 250f is going to be more of what your used to rather than the 450 would be.I think you would benifit more with the 250f on tight single track other than lugging a heavy 450 around.If I were you I would just buy a new ktm 200 and have the weight of a 125 and close power to a 250.I want to trade my 02cr250 for one of those but I cant find anyone who wants to trade.Anyway good luck on your quest.
