There's been talk on our local board about it. Something about thousands of dollars for finishing as far back as 15th in one of the classes. Nobody is buying it.

what bothers me is 10,000 dollar purse for the 85cc class/65cc is also listed, want to see the nasty side of a mini dad? put a purse out there that is bigger then 3 months of paychecks.
scary is they were on that dmx? net radio the other night saying it is all a done deal.
or picture 40 or so "novice" "beginners" heading into the first turn with a 50K truck up for grabs.
scary stuff.

They better have all their ducks in a row. I smell sandbaggers big time!!!!

Remember Malcom McCasey the dude who hyped the mxdes nations.
Smells like the same type of deal IMO.

There is a lot of underlying items with this deal. You have to join the series which costs big $$$. Then there are some unusual ground rules, some of which are to prevent sand bagging. All in all though, it sounds to good to be true. A 250 Novice winner gets a brand new $40,000 truck? Come on, there are pros who don't make anything close to that in a season....

If it sounds to good to be true, it probley is.

I agree that is doess seem to good to be true and I bet it is. But, part of the reason is seems that way is becuase CCE gives out poo for prize money. If they paid prizes that reflected what they make off of these events this attackmx thing would not seem like such a big deal.
