Has anyone ever used this stuff? I've heard good things about the hot weather gear from my street riding friends, but nothing about the Coldgear. I'm assuming it will work well in the winter w/o bunching up or being too hot, but would like to hear from someone who has actually used it before I spend $100 on a shirt and pants.
Anyone?

hey man, yeh i kno alot about under armor on my football team we all used that stuff, they have all season...summer and winter types. summer one is stupid, all season works good but the winter one(cold) works amazing for when its cold out...keeps u warm with out alot of layers go that that one! but if u want to use it in the summer and spring buy the all season...it helps take the sweat away from your body and keep your body temp normal. I have never used the pants my buddys have. If i were u i would just buy the top part

I've been wearing the Under Amour stuff for a few years, and think it's great. I wear the Heat Gear during the summer. It sucks the sweat off your body and helps evaporate it. The single-ply Cold Gear / mock turtleneck I wear in the colder months of spring and fall. The double-ply Cold Gear I wear when it's in the 40's, and also for downhill skiing. Never had a need to use their pants (wear Chilly's for skiing).
The material is pretty amazing. It works very well for those long trail rides when it's in the 50's / low 60's in the morning, but heats up in the 70's mid-day. It keeps you warm when you need it, and when you start sweating and get hot, it feels like an air conditioner wrapped around your torso. And later when it cools down again, your shirt is dry, so you don't get the cold, clammy chills from a sweaty undershirt.

I guess it is actually good stuff. I'll probably buy the shirt and try it out and see if i end up needing the pants when it gets colder.
Thanks

the cold gear is great for riding. i used them for football alot. they get useless though when they get wet. other than that when your moving around building up heat, ull get warm really fast.
