It's worth digging around a bit on that site. There's some very good instructional videos too...all in Japanese, but the slow motion and graphics added make it pretty clear.

Cool! I can do all that too!... Well at least the first parts it's where they stay upright on the landings, stoppies and extreme wheelies that I run in to trouble
