Power now and power now plus

Hey i just got a 2005 yz125 and am looking to invest some money into some performance parts and i read about something called power now and power now plus systems and i was wondering if any knows if they are worth the money and what exactly do they do to improve your bike.

It's a real good idea to not to buy the power now. Especially on a 125. It doesn't do what it's name implys.
