I put softer springs in my 125, set the sag and it should be good to go. I'm only 5'3" and 110...you can also have spacers put in the forks. All kinda pricey, just setting the sag will help tons

Drop the triple clamps down the fork tubes. Lower the rear to max. sag. Cut the seat foam. That's all free and can get you 2-3 inches. On the rear, you may need lowering links if available. My rear susp. was too soft at the seat height I wanted, so I had to get the links.
If you're racing or riding serious hard, having the forks and shock redone would be more adviseable. But for putt putting on trails, this will work just fine.

I put Kouba link on amy XR250 and am very happy with it. Not only does it lower the bike about 1 1/2" the bike turns much better . Here is where I got the link.
