I just wanted to know what you have to do to get the shock seal in the Shock Seal Head Assembly. I think it goes under the dust flap/cap. Am I right about this? If so what do you do to get it off and put it back on?

It goes under the top out bumper, which sits in a grove, just grab it with a plires and it will come out. Then the large washer and a small one. If its a top out spring it will come out also but not so easy to get it back in.
