01drz250 or xr200 6'2" 170lbs

Hey i was wondering which of these two bikes would be a better pick. I don't have any experience on a drz but have ridden an xr200 in the past and liked it. I understand these are just play bikes and only would like to get one to go riding with my 9yr.old son which rides a klx110. I have a bigger bike but would like a little 4-stroke to putt around with him mainly in the woods. I might have a line on the 01drz but i do not know how much he is asking for it and for some reason i've had some trouble locating a xr200 here in north east ohio, everyone must like to keep these things. If anyone has any good or bad to say about these two i would appriciate any info. Mod Edit: No can do.
