How do I set up the rear suspension on a KX250?

Make sure all the linkage bearings are greased and moving freely, next get the right spring for your weight (see MX-Tech spring rate generator) . Then get the shock serviced if it has not been done lately. Set rider sag about 100mm. Should be good to go.
