CRF450 Race Sag

I bought a CRF450 (and a CRF250) 
. I bought it from a little guy that raced it and he set the sag really low. I am 6'3 215 pounds and I'm not a very aggressive rider. I want to raise up the seat and am wondering what hieght I should set the sag at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

race sag should be set at about 100mm. Are you familiar with how to do this? (son't wanna insul;t anybody by posting things we already know 
)

Actually I'm not sure how to do it. And the sag got messed with by the previous owner. I have a hunch that you turn the washer type thing on the monoshock to adjust it, however, I'm not sure.

yes thats how you do it. but i also have a question, which red rider previously asked. is it ok to not have the exact race sag if the bike is too big or too small in seat heghit? will it affect performance a great amount?
