does any body have this bike?

I have a KX100, its basically the same bike. On the bottom on the forks are the compression adjusters. There should be a little rubber stopper at the bottom, just take it out with a flathead screwdriver. After you've done that, you'll see the compression adjuster. Use a Flathead to adjust it, turning it clockwise makes the compression harder, turning it counter clockwise makes it softer. To fully seat that adjuster, just turn it fully clockwise. The standard adjuster setting on the forks are 6 clicks from the fully seated position. You have a usable range of 18 clicks to use(18 being the softest and 0 being the hardest).
For the rear shock, the compression adjustment is on the gas reservoir. Just use a flathead to adjust it. For the rear shock, there are 4 postitons you can adjust the compression to. Notch 1 is the softest and notch 4 is the hardest. Notch 1 is located on the top of the of the the adjuster, you should see it right away. Notch 2 is the next notch going clockwise, notch 3 is the next one, so on an so forth. You line the notches up with the little cirle mark right next to the screwdriver slot. You should feel a click when you line up with the notch. The standard setting for the rear shock is the 2nd notch.
On another note, make sure the preload and sag it set properly. If your bottoming out the shocks, compression by itself is not going to solve your problem.

what about the adjuster on the bottom of the rear shock?
Posted by: snb73---------------------
It's the rebound adjuster. 20 clicks available. Fully seated is the hardest setting(clockwise for more rebound resistance), to 20 clicks out (counterclockwise for less rebound resistance) is the softest.
Hope this helps, Steve.
