05' CRF250R Questions Need Parts 04'-05' the same ?

I need a new exhaust valve, set of valve shims,piston rings,exhaust cam roller assy, and some other little valve train parts.
My question is, on service Honda's website, all they show is the 04' , are these parts the same ?
Also, where is the cheapest place to get a service manual ? As the local stealer said that Honda isn't selling a 05' manual yet to the public. But I did look at their 04-05 service manual that Honda gave them . Now if they use the same manual for 04-05 isn't the bikes probably the same ?

Oh, I also need a new plug and all it has on it is an "8" , how do I order that plug ? What is the actual # ?

R0409B-8 thats the NGK Number.. and GOOD GOD.. ITS 25$

if u need any more info on spark plugs, or need ot know what plug is for what... go to www.ngk.com
