anybody know what proper jetting is.for 90 kdx 200 main jet.

The "proper jetting" is the jetting that provides the best throttle response (pilot & needle) and maximum power (main) without throwing spooge out the pipe.

We need to know a bit more before we can answer that question, such as modifications, altitude, type of fuel, and the like.

For what it's worth, the stock jetting is a 148 or 150 main and a 45 or 48 pilot. This jetting is too rich for almost all applications.
