wr250f gyt-r muffler insert?

Does anyone know if the gyt-r muffler insert for the wr250f has a spark arrester? I looked on the yamaha web site, but don't see any mention of it. Al they say is it is 96db legal.

the spark arrestor is in the muffler, if you just change the endcap it won't affect the spark arrestor
