Aftermarket shift lever

My friend just bought a 2000 kdx200 last week and we've already had to straighten the shift lever multiple times. Who makes a decent aftermarket shifter? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have a moose one on my bike. It feels like its just solid steel, it's fairly heavy but itd take a damn hard hit to bend it at all.
