Hi there,
I am not really new here, just been gone for a year or two. But I got the dust of the old KDX and she still goes likes a deer during hunting season.
Anyway, I am taking the bike to CO next week for some riding in the mountains. Can anyone suggest what jets to use
for a 1986 KDX200 at 9000 feet and about 20 degrees C?
I thought that info was in the service manual, but no luck there.
Please help.
Thanks

You might get by just by dropping the needle a groove. I have a bike like yours (stock), and at 1,000' it feels a little lean if anything-at least compared to my Huskys with their massive low-end torque.
