xr400 nitrogen pressure in shock

Hi.
have had my shock rebuilt and havre just got it back but because it had to be sent, they didnt gas it up.
so, does anyone know what pressure i should be telling the nitrogen guys to fill it up to??? the bike shop said 146psi. is this right???
also, had my forks rebuilt but now the compreeion ajuster on the right leg is seized. anyone got any easy fixes.....

real easy to send it back to the shop if it wasnt seized b4 they got their hands on it

yep, fork leg is out and will be taken back.

xr's need to be in the 200psi range
