Oil question

Hi Rich,
I'm not having much luck finding Mobil1 2 Cycle Synthetic in my area. Any suggestions for a new oil, readily available to me are Yamalube 2R and both Maxima and spectro 2 cycle oils. My bike is a 2001 300 mxc KTM if it matters.

Yamalube 2R is a very good oil but it's a bit dirty. It was my oil of choice for raod race engines in the pre-power valve days.
The Maxima synthetics are very good oils and very clean. I haven't used Spectro since the 70's so I can't be much help there.

Rich, I might be wrong, but I don't think yamalube 2R was around in the pre-power valve days. Back then it was yamalube R right? I have found that the 2R burns much cleaner than the R.
