Suspension tuning literature

Hello,
I posted on Rich's forum as well but I'm looking for all the info I can get. I'm trying to get back into riding. (Potentially MX) When I used to race I didn't take much time to learn how the suspension worked and just adapted to however the bike performed. Needless to say I paid for my ignorance with alot of skin, bumps and bruises. Now the second time around I hope I'm a little wiser and am looking for info that I can use for setting up the bike for different conditions. Also, something that would help troubleshoot symptons of the suspension not working properly would be great also.
Thanks in advance.
