Video suspension tuning

Hi,

I went riding today and got some video of braking and accelerating. If you want to comment on how my suspension works, get my riding vid<-- link. It's 14 megs of a slow rider, some of it in excruciatingly slow motion.

I will spare my settings and comments for later, I would like some unbiased feedback first. Thanks to all that reply.
