Does anyone know what the stock spring rate of a 2001 rm 125 is? I'm not interested in the crap listed on race techs website. The claim my 2003 has a 4.6 spring rate when in actuality it's a 4.9. So does anyone know what the real 2001 rm 125 stock shock spring rate is?

Should be a 4.8

Yup I think you're right. Thanks

i think ive got a spare 4.6. you want it?

I weight 165 in my undies, I think I might be too heavy for a 4.6, but I'm not sure. I've got an 03 rm 125 but I just revalved an 01 shock and was wondering is the stock spring rate would work for me. This way I have 2 shocks and can do back to back comparisons. Factory racer style . 4.9 and 4.8 on one shock, I think that should be close enough.

I used a 4.5 on the 04 rm125 and i was about 160.

You can always go to race tech.com. They have a spring rate calculator.
