showa cr 250 fork oil amounts

I did the fork seals on my 03 cr 250 and want to change the oil in the forks of my 97 cr 250. anybody know the amounts.
when I did the 03 seals I put in 13.7qts in the main chamber and in the smaller chamber i filled it to about 5 mm from the top. this was what a nieghbor did on his 2000 rm with showas.
how close am I?
Any body know the specs on the 97 for the main and second chamber?

no takers? I might add that the oil I took out of the 03's forks was nasty. I found the 03 spec in my owners manual it says 13.7oz in the main chamber and 6.6oz in the secondary chamber.
Anybody know the 97?
