Hitch carriers?

Ok, just traded my poor old Toyota for a 95 Wrangler. Since it's a 4 cylinder, and I don't have any extra parking space, I don't want a trailer. Who has used what type of hitch carriers? I'm looking at a used Moto-tote.

Also, do any of them fit Class II or smaller or are they all Class III?

If you have a 1.25" hitch, you can get an adaptor to make it into a 2". I have no first hand experience with the racks themselves though.
